Customer storytelling - every B2B brand does them. It makes sense…have your customers tell your story for you. The problem is, most of them are boring. It’s a sea of sameness. Get an executive to talk about your product in front of a camera.
So when we decided to modernize our brand platform in late 2020, we wanted to think of a more engaging way to have our customers tell our story. Some of it is in the writing, some in the production quality, and some in getting the right talent. We launched with a story about our partner, ViewSonic, and an implementation during COVID at a school academy called Brentwood. This led to our new platform called “How Wonderful Gets Done” with a fresh take on customer storytelling…actual stories.
